Over the weekend I told myself I was going to clean out my closet, and let me tell you - it

turned into a full-blown spiritual experience with a side of shade. The truth came tumbling off those hangers! I found pants I've been lying to myself about. Dresses I've been keeping "just in case I lose 10 pounds and get invited to something fancy." I pulled out a blazer and thought, "Wow I remember who I was when I wore this." That girl was in survival mode. Smiling though chaos. Performing strength while quietly falling apart. Whew! she was doing her best...but I am not her anymore.

As I started tossing things into the "Girl, Let it Go" pile, it hit me:

This isn't just a closet purge - it's a spiritual reset.

Let's be honest: Some of us are out here trying to step into a new season while still squeezing into identities, relationships, and belief systems that have expired and honestly ....its giving emotional hoarder. No shade, but if you have to hold your breath just to zip it up - spiritually or physically - it is time to let it go. Just like these pants they served me for a season - but they don't fit anymore. I'm done "hemline healing" ....trying to shorten, stitch, or tuck something broken into a new version of me.

Forgiveness doesn't mean forgetting or pretending it didn't happen. It isn't weakness. It is actually wardrobe wisdom. It says:" I refuse to dress my future in fabric soaked in resentment." You can't strut into your purpose with bitterness weighing down your step. The truth is: some things we tend to hold onto - clothes, mindsets, relationships, other roles - look familiar but they don't fit anymore. And trying to force it or squeeze into it? That's how you end up uncomfortable, underdressed for your purpose, or looking like last season's version of yourself.

And Sis, Its Fall! The season of RELEASE! The trees are out here unbothered, dropping everything that no longer serves them. Letting go with no hesitation, and they still look stunning!

So today's meditation is simple:

Clean the closet. Clear the mind. Make space.

Because where you are going ....you are going to need room! Release with style and walk into your new season like it's Fashion Week for your soul!
